We are very happy with the move to the Hamptons. I feel like it is a much homier environment. There is always staff around and they really work with the residents to keep a calm atmosphere.

There seems to be an overall positive shift in the atmosphere of the facility now. The Hampton has a new Executive Director and Health Services Director; they both are compassionate, caring and very kind. The residents now seem to be happy.

The staff was super friendly and truly seemed to care about my mom. My mother loved the decorations there and felt very at home. We had her in a private room and were able to decorate with some of her things from her apartment to make her feel more at home. . Overall it was a good experience. I wish Mom had had more time to enjoy all of the seasons there.

I was almost always greeted by the staff and given a brief update on my wife's location and status. Quality of care was very high. The staff were respectful and supportive at all times. The food was nutritious and tasty without being spicy. The activities were held and resident were encouraged to participate. it's hard to know how to rank this but I think we got our money's worth! Residents with Alzheimer's can be difficult to deal with but all the staff were dedicated, trained and capable and sis their best to hel…

The staff was amazing, they kept us updated on everything that was going on. They were extremely helpful and kind to my mom. They treated her with respect and we liked the family setting. The food choices were good. They really helped us through a difficult time as we were unsure of what to expect.
