Management is easy to talk to about any issues we have regarding my mom's care. Door is always open. As soon as you walk in you notice sitting area always clean and never a stinky smell. Staff is courteous and smiles all around. Walked in at night shift and they are friendly as well. Only had one time that they were questioning care of my mom. Breakfast and lunches are great. My mom doesn't care for soup and sandwiches for dinner every day so she eats in her room if my siblings or I take her something for a day or …

The directors and staff at The Harbor are phenomenal! The door is always open (unless with a family registration or something they want to bring up) and they are eager to hear how to make transitions or improvements.
