★★★★★
CriticalFair/good depending on the day. The administration/staff has had a big turn around and things aren't always coordinated. Staff overall is helpful when they are available. Activities are fine Food is fair, very small portions.
★★★★★
PositiveI can say my dad is settled and seems content so that is great getting him into the rotation of house cleaning and laundry took a bit and communication was a challenge so that is why 4 not 5. I would recommend and maybe it would be helpful if there were a prescribed follow up meeting at two or three weeks after placement not sure if that fits for what you're asking
★★★★★
CriticalThe facility itself is good. It's the care in memory care that concerns us. I don't think they keep the people engaged in activities and conversation. The caretakers are very pleasant but at times just on cell phones and sitting. I understand memory care can be a challenge but that is why he is there and not at home.

CriticalWe have since moved after only 6 weeks very disappointed. Nothing was as sold as. Dining was not good, staff did not pay attention. No follow through with things that were asked for . Laundry, cleaning ect. After I gave notice they didn't cared or gave concern.

PositiveGood head nurse and nursing staff. Nice aids.
★★★★★
PositiveGreat staff always helpful. Very Clean and they have good food. I like the residents there. They had a problem with one resident and they were immediately removed. I never felt as it was a cattle call like some of the other places. They are taking excellent care of my father and his health and mind are doing much better.
