PositiveIf you're looking for a place for your loved ones that feels like family, The Heights will make them feel just that
The staff is friendly and caring. Very personable. Housekeeping, including laundry, has been top notch. The move in process went smoothly. Both parents say food is wonderful. They go out of their way to make special meals for my Dad, as he is Celiac. I would (and have) recommend this facility. I experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with them and look forward to Christmas dinner.

My mother is currently a resident at The Heights Assisted Living and things have been mostly very good for her so far. The move in process was easy. The night staff and the Executive Director are amazing to work with and care a lot. The housekeeping lacks a little (we have found mom's toilet quite dirty). My mom loves the meals. I would absolutely recommend The Heights Assisted Living for anyone. I'm so glad that we found this place!

Our loved one was previously a resident at The Heights Assisted Living and we really loved this facility! We wish we could have gotten our loved one here earlier. She was only a resident here for a short time before she passed. The Director at this facility was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of. She even brought a TV from her house so that we wouldn't have to make another trip. We cannot say enough about the cleanliness and how organized it was there. We would de…

I liked how much they really cared and took the time to know my mom. When my mom was passing away, they were very compassionate and would come in and talk to her like she was still with us even though she was unconscious. They loved my mom's cat (Boots) like it was their own.
