The staff members have been great, They have been very helpful in my move in. I really feel at home. The residents have been friendly and welcoming. The food is really good. I am very happy with my decision to move here.

We could not have had a more positive exper ience. The staff was what we met with several clients, some of whom we spontaneously spoke to, all were very happy with life at the heritage. Several said They wish they had made the move there sooner!

My mostly happy experience for the first 4 monthshs

I moved in 4 months ago. Admittedly, I have not attended on all the activities, but to the extend I did, here is my opinion: staff: wonderful, attentive and warm. Environment: nice, tidy, and clean, accommodating. Food: I can only give it a 3 star. I find the experience similar to my college cafeteria days, both in quantity and quality. Only wish they provide more variety! For a 55+ downtown facility, Solid 4 stars!

Hooray for Heritage Downtown

Very impressed with the structure both physically and socially. The staff is outstanding and very caring of all residents. Have been impressed with their planning and caring, The food was exceptional and the social activities we experienced were great fun. We hope to be a resident in the near future.

This is my home

Seven Years ago, my wife and I were exploring a residence in the Bay Area. We toured many, but it was not until we came to Heritage, and met [name removed] that we found a place we could call home!!! Her pleasantness foretold what was to come. We toured , and found a wonderful community. We now live here happily with new friends, delightful activities, Interesting talks and learning experiences, delicious food, and new friendships! We found our new dwelling place!!!

Lovely facility. [name removed], the manager. [name removed], the General Manager is very hands-on. She knew everyone's name and story. WE were invited to dinner and enjoyed the diversity of the menu and the grace in which it was served.
