PositiveThe dining staff has been the best. They remember everyone's little preferences, names, and always have my husband's Diet Coke ready even before ordering! Always friendly and wanting to please. The food is great! The housekeeping staff is equally great! I am not used to this luxury and it sure makes my life easier as I can spend my energy and time focusing on my husband's care since he has severe dementia. The sales staff went above and beyond and gave me a virtual tour while I was in Finland and I could tell thi…

PositiveThe Ivy Colorado Springs is a beautiful senior living community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The care and attention given to residents was wonderful to see. [Name Removed] was compassionate, professional and truly dedicated to making the residents feel supported and cared for.

PositiveWe like the facilities and the staff as well as the food. They just raise the rent [date removed] which made them a 4 not a 5.

Everyone is always new and still training, so care tends to be hit or miss. Staff rarely wear name tags, and they don't bother to introduce themselves, so you never really know who you're talking to. The food quality isn't very good, and the portions are usually very small. The tables and arms of the chairs in the dining room frequently have dried food stuck to them. After a recent snowfall, they…
★★★★★
PositiveBonaventure was the right fit, location and the level of care required for our family member. Food is ok, but could use a boost in flavor, generally pretty bland. Facilities are maintained well. Management seems to be turmoil, several changes since we've been there.
