★★★★★
PositiveOverall experience was great. Staff was great easy to work with and caring. Facility is a bit dated but clean.
★★★★★
CriticalI pay $[removed] monthly with scheduled 8% annual increase. Assist executives try but the executive manager caters to corporate ignorances. In my opinion. (We have had 4 execs during the last year. Ivy has potential if corporate and local mgmt learn how to perform in Hawaii. (I have over 60 years in Hawaii. 12 of those years caring for my Alzheimer's wife. I am aware of senior care in Hawaii).
★★★★★
PositiveThe advisors were always very nice and attentive to both me and also my brother. They are always willing to answer questions and always there with help. I am getting ready to move my brother from the Ivy at hawaii kai to The Moanalua.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Ivy was lovely. However, we’ve decided to stay on the Mainland. Costs in Hawaii for facility care are twice what they are here, and the facilities are very similar. Sorry but thanks so much for the tour. Please, now, stop emailing us.

PositiveVERY INFORMATIVE, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MORE I THINK MY FAMILY MEMBER WILL BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF I AM ABLE TO PASS ON A FAVORABLE REVIEW TO MY FRIENDS AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE IVY THE STAFF THAT CAME INTO CONTACT WITH WERE VERY NICE
★★★★★
CriticalHave negative things about the food service. Nice and spacious, clean, parking. Food service still not good. Just spoke to a resident yesterday who said the Luau food was not good and what’s written is not what they get for their meal. That said I cannot refer others to the Ivy. It’s say because the Ivy’s location and facilities are beautiful but the food services is the downfall!
