The staff was very helpful as we started the process and paperwork. They truly do treat you and the residents as family. There are so many activities available, including trips on the bus and visits from furry pets! Everyone there treats the residents with respect and looks after them with care. Our mom is doing so well there. We know she is being taken care of very well, which gives us peace of mind.

I appreciate that they had enough staff to always have someone available. Everyone was always super nice. The bill I received was over the contracted amount but staff there assured me they were working on it and insisted I only pay what we agreed to, which was very nice. They called me several times to update me overnight the night my mom fell, which I appreciated. Mom did say the bed was uncomfortable but she was already in a lot of pain with her diagnosis. The room didn't easily accommodate the wheelchair she cam…

Across the board, The Kensington Hastings was a great place for my Dad's respite stay. He received excellent care. They had a lot of activities and really good food. And the staff were awesome.
