I absolutely loved to go visit my aunt. She loves it there. The staff is amazing and management always answers any questions we might have. The director is so compassionate. We couldn’t ask for a better place to. As soon as you walk in it’s a breath of fresh air. The housekeeper is wonderful Thank you

Today I was at my lowest point I had been out all day looking for a place for my mom when I stumbled upon this beautiful place hidden. I was instantly greeted by the administrator I apologize for just dropping in and she made me feel so welcomed. The place was gorgeous and her spirit was amazing I could see she cared about my concerns and the people . She toured me all over. A nice community with areas of improvement

Food variety needs to be much better, and bathing/washing the hair can be improved! As far as activities go, I've never seen them do any, so I'm not sure. (They claim that they do them, however). I am only usually there during lunchtime and dinner. I may stay a little after dinner. The TV they have on the second floor, which is my mom's floor, is never turned up enough to hear what's going on. It is also very, very small. They really need to get a much larger TV, and turn up the sound. Music playing would be love…

We’re sorry to hear that the variety of food and personal care services haven't consistently met your expectations. We have recently added a Chef to our Kitchen and believe that the food coming from our Kitchen should or has improved significantly. We are also evaluating the personal care routines to ensure a more satisfying experience for our residents. Regarding activities, we understand how important it is for families to see engagement firsthand. While we do offer regular programming, we recognize that schedules may not always align with your visits. We’d be happy to provide you with an updated activities calendar and show right where they are located on each and every floor and invite you to observe or participate when possible. We also appreciate your note about the TV and music on the second floor. Creating a warm, stimulating environment is a priority, and as we have gone through so many changes music has been added and is playing at all times. As far as the TV is concerned, unfortunately it was not in place when you last visited but has been delivered and will be installed in the near future. Lastly, we’re grateful you mentioned the staff member who spoke German with your mother — it’s clear that connection meant a lot. While we cannot comment on individual employment matters, we deeply value the hard work of our team and are always striving to ensure they feel supported and appreciated. You feel like family here

My Aunt is very happy being here. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel like you’re part of their family. The marketing director is doing a great job as well; she’s there every day trying to make sure the facility is presented in the best way. My Aunt loves the food. She says it’s well seasoned and they offer substitutes if she doesn’t like the main entree; the only complaint she has is that they serve a bit too much. They did not keep my father safe

One of the reasons I moved my father to this community is because they agreed to follow 3 steps in his care as he was a fall risk. They were to dress him and to put him to bed each night, they were to use a special mate we had purchased that would pad him should he fall if he did get out of bed without assistance and they were to do 30 minutes bed checks. He was only there 3 days when he fell and broke his hip and he passed away 10 days later. When my father fell they did notify me right away and following his deat…
