PositiveIt’s lovely facility and calendar with a variety of activities. If I were looking for housing for myself, I would enjoy living there.

CriticalIt was not what I expected for the price. Plus, it is showing its age. I have visited 5 facilities in the area, and this would rate in the middle of the group. Other facilities offer different levels of service, giving you a little more flexibility. One thing I forgot to question is whether the nursing service is 24/7 or only during regular working hours. I think we will need more in-depth memory care than is provided at the Landing.

PositiveThe sales associate who gave me the tour sat with me and was very thorough and patient and throughly knowledgeable regarding concern and questions I had. I was interested in memory care. This was my first tour so I’m not very knowledgeable regarding my specific needs. But, the rooms were all had availability to natural lighting, were secured and all the aspects of the memory care section seemed appropriate. The residents I saw seemed happy. PositiveI would recommend to others. Our resident is [age removed] and the staff there call him by name and encourage him to participate in activities. He regularly goes to Bingo and eats meals with the other residents. He had lived alone for the past few years and watched TV and played solitaire. He still does that in his apartment, but is also interacting with his neighbors and eating so much better than when he lived alone.
