CriticalSubpar Care
Poor hygiene care (showering, brushing teeth) for residents, beds not properly cleaned/changed timely when soiled, doctors orders (compression socks, meds) not well followed/managed. Foods are processed and starchy with too much sodium. Staffing shortages and poor training and supervision lead to subpar quality of care. After more than a year and a half of advocating for better, we moved our loved one out of the facility.
