CriticalNot what was promised - not enough assistance
When I moved my parents in I was told they would assist them. They do not appear to assist them with the daily problems they experience. Be cautious of salespeople who over promise. I asked a lot of questions about who would assist with medication, general needs like their TV, phones and internet. I was told they had people who would assist them with the day to day difficulty of aging. It turns out they feed them and house them but do no more. PositiveMy mom lives there.
Shes been there since [date removed].Leads a very active life now.Sometimes hard to get ahold of.Does chair yoga, strength training and games.Shes in better shape than most people. Food can be a little inconsistent. Mom is in independent living and helps her neighbors.

PositiveThis property is really nice. The staff is amazing and the views are great. It looks like a wonderful place for my father to end up and that’s where we are hoping he might go after he’s done with his physical therapy. I really like Kirk. he is easy to work with and genuinely wants you to be happy with your decision whether it’s to go with Meridian or someplace else five stars in my opinion.

[name removed]: Our Life Insoured Director, [name removed] is a wonderful person. Hr keeps us busy and entertained. Today, I was having a problem with my oxygen and [name removed] came by my apt [removed] and called the company so I could get help he also make sure, even out of Is duty he make sure no residents are left unattended. He is very caring and loving it's a great pleasure have [name removed] with us, he is the best
