The intake was good, they sold the property well, however the delivery wasn't. When I moved my mother's items into her room on Saturday all items were moved to another location without my knowledge, then it was a circus ?? to get to the bottom of that riddle. Then dealing with missing items, another nightmare. I asked for a portable oxygen machine for her, three weeks of exercises, finally I called the company on Tuesday, it was delivered the next day! After touring many places, I chose Grand Villa for my Grandma. At that time it felt the most like home, from the residents I saw just living their lives and the service that we received from Dawn and her team. It seemed like a great fit.
