What an Experience

My love one was getting released from rehab the doctor recommended assisted living. A friend recommended the Opal on hermitage. I called the administrator for information and a tour. We made the decision as a family to place my family member in the facility. The next day the administrator helped us by coming in early to do the contract and making adjustments for my loved one to move in the same day. The administration and staff was so welcoming to our family. My family member loves the facility and is very happy wi

Quick Move

I had a great experience with the opal. I called at the last minute to find placement for my loved one. The process was very smooth, and the administrator was very nice about staying over after hours to help. The staff was very welcoming. We moved in the same day. I would recommend them for the hospitality and kindness. All the staff worked as a team to make my love one feel at home.

great place for respite care.

The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly. My father's room was very comfortable. The residents appeared to be well attended to. The dining experience was mixed. While my father ate most of the food, he said meals were often served warm to room temperature. He would have preferred hot food served while still hot. However, overall, he had a good experience.

Great Choice for ALF especially if you like the smaller facilities

Dad was needing ALF services straight out of rehab. I toured the community, and it received that room family-oriented environment. The building was clean and smelling well. The staff was very friendly. I love the way my dad is taken care of and would recommend if you like the smaller environment.
