1-8 all 5's if I could I'd give them a 10. The staff and administrators are wonderful, they're always calling me about daddy if he has issues no matter how big or small. They are constantly checking on him in and out of the room about every hour or so. They make sure he comes out of his room to eat. They wash his close every day not just once a week and he gets a shower with assistance every other day. No matter where you go in the place it smells clean, no urine or poop smells. I just can't praise them enough and…

The Orchard Continuing Care Retirement Community is a nice facility with an organized system to take great care of their residents. I feel that my mother is well taken care of and has a great deal of space to walk around during the day inside and outside. She's not confined to a small space like she would be in other facilities. She seems happier and more social. I would recommend The Orchard Continuing Care Retirement Community to others.
