PositiveI have not been at The Palms sinc.e June as my friend who was living at The Palms died in July While Joe was living at The Palms, he was happy there and enjoyed the activities they offered. The nurses were always on time with his meds. The only complaint I have is housekeeping didn't do a very good job keeping his room clean especially the flowers. [name removed] did drop food on the floor occasionally and sometimes the floor was sticky. We had to speak to the head of housekeeping to get the floor cleaned.

PositiveThe staff here are very attentive and caring. My parents receive their meds consistently on schedule. Facilities are brand new and very well cared for. The public areas, restrooms, and residences are always spotless. The food is not great, but it is okay.

It was the right size facility for my mom. (Not too big not too small). We found an apartment that was perfect for my mom. The staff there take wonderful care of her. She enjoys the food. We try and attend meals with her when we can. The residents gather and chat during meals. My mom has made many new friends. The residents look out fo…

PositiveThe Palms is a great place to live. The facility is brand new and the staff is so kind and checks on the residents ever 2 hours. The food and service is 1st class. There is a nurse on duty 24 hours and the residents wear a button and help is quick to respond.
