PositiveWe love the location, as well as the interior and exterior rooms, views, and the common areas. Mom loves the food and dining experience. Most importantly, my Mom feels well-cared for and has made good connections with other residents. I am one of three of her children and feel assured that she is in good hands.

PositiveWe love the Patterson. The facility is clean and beautiful. She likes that meals are served restaurant style, and the food is good. There are lots of activities if she wants to participate. Now that she's in memory care they do a lot more encouraging for interacting and attending the various events so she gets time away from her room.

CriticalCommunication around care could be better / would appreciate initiative in setting up regular care plan meetings. It's all about the food. My mom has gained a lot of weight in a short period of time. While I'm glad it's good food, I wish there were diverse entertainment options that didn't center around food and more attention to nutritional value. PositiveWe are extremely pleased with the Patterson for our parents. Clinical staff and aides are attentive to their needs and the facility offers a wide array of services. The Director and Management Team are always working to make improvements, and routinely collaborate with us on our parents needs as they change. Food is great and the culinary team is friendly to residents and family.

PositiveIn my opinion, too much "agency" help. Too many "not permanent" care givers. New ones frequently so continuity is difficult.

CriticalAs for comments, when the current owners purchased the facility, they did not honor any of the contracts and agreements from the previous owners. It has been an unbelievably horrible experience with the new management. I would not wish anybody going there to have to go through this.
