Our beautiful community is purposefully designed with a variety of services and amenities, The Pearl Senior Living features a serene pond with pier, fenced dog park, putting greens, swimming pool with tiki bar, breathtaking views, and beautifully landscaped walking paths. Enjoy fresh, chef-prepared meals in our elegant dining room, or sip a cup of coffee in our bistro while enjoying stimulating conversations and forming new friendships. Should a health issue arise, assisted living and memory care services are available, all within an enriching, engaging, homelike environment. Levels of Care: Independent Living Active seniors can choose from elegant studio, alcove or one and two-bedroom apartments with a variety of amenities. From exercise classes to arts, music and cultural programs, we offer fun ways to socialize and stay engaged. Swim in the pool, meet new friends at social events and happy hours, and enjoy chef-prepared meals in our dining room or in one of our country kitchens. Everything you need is here; we even provide weekly laundry and linen service. Assisted Living Should a health issue arise, assisted living services are available. You can be confident knowing that you can remain in your apartment, with services customized to your needs. Licensed nursing care is available seven days a week. Monthly rates are adjusted based on changes to care. Memory Care Our caregivers, specially trained in memory loss, help design a lifestyle and care plan to suit each resident’s needs. Along with our enriching programming and activities, we integrate individual resident location technology, key-less entry system and security cameras to help promote independence and enhance resident security.

The Pearl is great for a resident without memory or many mobility issues. I think the food, events and staff are great! The general caregivers are great but medicine management and extra caregiving still needs to improve. This place is definitely not for someone who is bound to a bed and needs a lot of extra help. Recently, some residents have started losing nice clothes and blankets. There is no accountability for that.

I just want to point a few things out. We love the place overall. But their medication management is a hit or miss. Because our mom has health problems, it's hard to maintain her condition without proper medication management. Their system has problems and instructions from the nurse doesn't get updated to the caregivers. Almost all the caregivers are great.

One of the admin staff is always available to help or answer questions. The facility is beautiful, clean, well laid out, and bright and airy. Always lots of activities available for the residents. And snacks are always available for in-between meals.
