★★★★★
PositiveIt has been a great experience for my family. Everyone was very helpful.
★★★★★
PositiveNot enough activities for the memory care. Need for more staff in the memory care unit. Communication with family regarding change in owners, contact information and change in facility phone number was poor, no salon in building, no information regarding schedule for church services. Positives: the staff is caring and friendly, the patient rooms are very nice, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been wonderful. It has been a very positive experience for our family. The room size and arrangement is great. The facility is very clean and well maintained.
★★★★★
PositiveThe only reason I didn't give a five, is I'm a retired business man and don't believe in a perfect score, on another note, my dad has been very satisfied, loves the staff, mingling with the other residents and likes the atmosphere! Yes, I would recommend Crescent Landing to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one. I did fail to mention, I've been very impressed with the staff, professional but friendly and courteous.
★★★★★
CriticalFriendliness - 4(staff) & 2(administrative staff). My mother was unable to walk down to eat & they just let her drink ensure everyday. What I saw was a 4 but my mother did not participate. Not pleased with way mother was treated. Charged us for 2 extra weeks after my mother passed away after falling at Crescent Landing and we had already emptied the room while she was still in hospital. The facility seems great for someone able to take care of themselves but not for someone that should really be on the memory care…
★★★★★
PositiveWhile my aunt was in assisted living her received excellent care. I just moved her to the other side in memory care. I'll find out my next visit. How things are going. The dining hall was elegant , the food good, my aunt enjoyed bingo and going to church. Cresent has events going on often, and they invite family members to attend.
