Genuine care

I cannot get over how GENUINELY friendly, warm, and caring the staff is. The food is exceptionally good. There are specials for breakfast lunch and dinner every day along with an extensive and delicious menu one can always order from if the specials don't appeal. The residents at The Point are also quite friendly and do reach out to new people. They really seem to think of themselves as a community. Critical

The staff was really nice and residents seemed happy. Many of the communal spaces were great and others were less cheery. Each unit gets a little balcony- so cool! I haven't toured many places so I don't know if this is common, but the resident floors smelled quite bad. I also can't comment on value because I'm at the beginning of my search.

I had a very pleasant visit to this facility. The staff was informative and anxious to learn about me and my needs. I saw the public spaces and one of the apartments, which are quite nice. I didn't have time to eat a meal, but they provided me with a sample menu, as well as a calendar showing all the activities that are scheduled this month. The staff is constantly changing. The activities are limited. The food has recently improved. The parking is terrible. The apartments are adequate - the layout of the apartment doors are ridiculous.
