Needs to be condemned

The horror stories I've heard from residents of this place are heartbreaking. The elderly and disabled that are here are suffering and being taken advantage of. They have mold in apartments and people are breathing that in. The water is constantly getting turned off and people are not able to cook or take baths. When they need help with repairs, staff doe nothing to help. They needs to try renovation again and not rush to open. Washers are not working, Gym is inoperable.
