★★★★★
PositivePlace is clean, bright, inviting. Staff walking around seemed engaged with clients. Apartment size is good, especially in memory care. Had change in management recently so communication has not been as good as in the beginning...mostly due to changes/openings in staff. Overall, very pleased.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported. The apartments …

PositiveReserve at First Colony is a good place that feels like home. There have been quite a few changes in the staff. The care all depends on the shift and the lead. It is improving under the new director and there have been a lot of changes in the caregivers.
★★★★★
PositiveOur family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, it looked like there was a lot of different things and amenities for the residents to do
