Staff- wonderful people taking great care and anxious to understand and meet needs, but some don't speak English well enough for mom to understand. Also information/requests sometimes not moving from one person to another well. Activities - can't rate them, mom doesn't participate. Food - hard to rate because she was taking meals in her room and they were mostly late and cold. Room - rather bleak and dark. My husband seems to be doing as well as possible. Most staff seem kind and gentle with him. Overall I am fine with his placement. The food is fine (I am often there at mealtimes) and he is clean, out in the living area.

Overall, we are very happy with the reserve at Katy. The staff is friendly, and treat my mother like part of the family.
