PositiveGreat care, amazing food, this place felt right from the start!
All the caregivers treated us like family! We needed to move in fast and EVERYONE was there for us. You really can tell the staff love their work and have fun working together as a team Whether it was reassuring my Dad, keeping us organized, or feeding all of us healthy home cooked meals, they made my Dad feel at home. He knew we could come over and just sit down for dinner and share how things were going and that was so important.

CriticalThe Residence at Brookside
They are very kind to my parents. The location is perfect. The facility itself is clean. However, they gave my father my mother's medication's. Likely, this caused him to have a blood sugar of 36. Put him in the hospital for several days. I've asked him to look into it and see what happened. I have not heard back. I don't feel like it was taken quite seriously. They also ignored the fact that he appeared very lethargic before he went in. Told my mother not to worry about it that he was fine. It was just coincide…
