Community Amenities and Services The Residence at Timber Pines is managed by The Goodman Group, a Minnesota based company with more than 50 years of experience developing and managing senior living and health care communities, residential communities and commercial properties. We offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We are committed to providing you with quality care and personalized service. Staff is available to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, medication management, and more. Diabetic residents can receive specialized care as well. Relax and socialize in our beautiful community spaces, where you can unwind in the outdoor pool and spa and even bring your pet along for the fun. Stay active in our fitness center, and expand your horizons in the library. Gather with friends to play games such as billiards, and enjoy happy hour in the pub. The environment is kept clean with our maintenance and grounds care, weekly housekeeping, and linen and towel services. We provide three chef-inspired meals per day, with the option for anytime dining in the Whispering Pines Restaurant, and scheduled meal times in the Crystal Dining Room. Living Arrangements We offer studio, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and semi-private rooms. CriticalNot truly suitable for advanced dementia or Alzheimer's
Not truly equipped to care for dementia/Alzheimer's patients due to the lack of staff to properly manage medication. Not able to manage behavioral issues . Did not properly inform us of that prior to our family member moving in which resulted in an attempt to set a ultimately removal from the residency.

PositiveThe right choice for mom
Overall it is very nice there. Most of the staff is excellent but there were a few times that I was a bit concerned with quality of care. When I bring it to someone's attention it is quickly taken care of. We feel it was an excellent choice.

PositiveEvaluation of services
I think that they should look for better activities catering to men as most of the patients were males who don't care for arts/crafts. Also look for a variety of food options as there was a lot of spicy/ avocado/ etc. that elderly don't eat.

The Residence stood out to my Dad for its modern facilities and close-knit community. But what truly made it exceptional was the staff.
