★★★★★
PositiveEveryone at The Retreat has been most thoughtful from the first visit. This includes the reception desk, dining room help, people who arrive after a resident pushes a button, recreation director, nurses, physical therapy and housekeeping. I hope that I have not forgotten anyone. My friend made an excellent choice when she chose The Retreat.
★★★★★
PositiveThe overall appearance inside (very clean, cheerful, and new) and the recruiter who gave us a tour were the main reasons we chose this facility over others. They also offer super activities for the residents!
★★★★★
PositiveThe only reason 1 is a 4 is due to the length of time to fix the air conditioner. The staff are very friendly. One of the nurses I met with was very caring.
★★★★★
CriticalHire more people, better accounting, more in tune management. Consistently was understaffed. They fell apart, mismanaged. Moved mom to another place
★★★★★
Positivefrequent turnover so hard to answer the staff question. There are some lovely people that work there. The activity ladies [name removed] and [name removed], [name removed] in sales and the kitchen manager [name removed] and staff are wonderful. Staff morale is down due to inadequate staffing. In the past year there has been 3 changes in administration staff, which is very concerning. I realize this is a very challenging field to work in but there seems to be a problem.
★★★★★
PositiveWe were VERY happy! It's a stunning facility, absolutely gorgeous & always clean! It feels like you are at a resort! The staff are very communicative & kind. There are soooo many activities & something for everyone to do every single day. I especially appreciated the care team & how they would call me whenever they had a concern or question.
