Great Place!

Overall positive experience. Two places they need to improve on is communication and their menu process. I would definitely recommend.

Overall a nice community.

A 5 for all of them but in the last month they have had some staff turn over so not sure about 5. The staff know them by name and even knows what they drink with their meals ,so usually before mom is seated, her drink is ready. Little things like that mean a lot.

Mom is happy

Oaks at Maple Ridge came recommended to me. It is in a great location and I like that it is a Christian association. I know my mom really brags about [name removed] (I believe is her name) she cleans her room. And that the staff is accommodating about her dirty laundry. All staff are very friendly.

Assisted living at its finest

My parents have been at Oaks for 5 years. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and there are so many activities for the residents. the staff truly care for my parents and give them the most personal and professional care possible.

A great choice for your loved one

Located in a quiet neighborhood, Oaks at Maple Ridge is really a nice place. The environment is very bright and clean with beautiful furniture arranged throughout in a way that invite individuals and groups interactions among themselves. The staff is very visible and friendly. They go above their expectations to make sure the residents are comfortable and their needs are met. Residents enjoy a variety of activities during the day.
