★★★★★
CriticalManagement staff very business like, available to answer questions. Seems the focus is to keep the rooms full. Care staff are courteous and helpful in all areas of need. Sometimes a little slow to respond to a call, but there are a lot of people to care for. Medical staff very good. A lot of activities daily. Good at posting them and plenty of participation. Food is plentiful, three meals each day, but available anytime on request. Each meal lasts for an hour and a half, plenty of time to arrive in the dining room.…

CriticalDon't expect them to take care of your family member..stay on top of everything and check on everything they are doing for your loved one...they do NOT CARE THE WAY THEY SAY THEY DO!!!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are nice and caring, I feel good leaving my wife with them.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff is friendly and helpful. They treated my mom with love and kindness like she was their own family. They really did treat us like family. They had great communication throughout the entire process. My mom went into hospice and sadly passed the end of November. But she was happy when she was there and alert. Very well taken care of. We will miss them. Level of service is outstanding.
★★★★★

★★★★★
PositiveNo place is perfect but they are doing the best at meeting my dad's needs at this time. The staff is kind and caring.
