Yes the staff people are kind, caring and first rate Improvement needed - The quality the meal selection dietary needs are sorely lacking. We need a better chef who understands the needs and health of the residents.

Sky Park does not have a pool, however, makes trip to the YMCA for swimming. Lots of physical opportunities for exercise Including heavy exercise equipment. Full-time nursing on staff And medical technicians available. Transportation available to medical appointments when scheduled.

I'd say it's a very nice place, no complaints, but I'm not that excited about the food...it always sounds very exotic on the menu, but I find that I'm disappointed as often as I'm impressed by it.

As with almost every service business, they are experiencing a high turnover rate and employee training could be better They lack attention to detail. The food is good for the most part. The housekeeping is really good. The staff is friendly, but again lacks attention to detail. I would recommend the facility, but you have to know that you may have to ask continually for things like garbage needs to be emptied and parts of your meal may not show up as ordered.

I would say that they give me all the privacy I desire, having explained to the staff ahead of time that I am a long term confirmed hermit. Seemed to be the nicest place, and sales person, [name removed]was the only one that didn't feel like a high pressure car salesman.
