I give The Summit a solid 5 . After seven months I am still loving it. The staff is wonderful. They take care of all of our needs with smiles. I've found the residents to be friendly and welcoming. There are so many activities - something for everyone. Lots of choices at mealtime and plenty of snacks and opportunities to party and celebrate special occasions. The faculty and staff are super friendly and actually take the time to talk to residents. They’re easy to approach and make the place feel welcoming. It’s nice seeing them interact with everyone and really care about the community.

Overall would recommend

My mother really enjoys it there. There is so much for her to do and so many other residents to talk with. So far she is very happy. The staff is very helpful and nice. My mom is in independent living, has her own washer/dryer. The facility still changes her sheets. At this point we have no complaints. They have a pool, a few Bar-B-Q areas for families, a gym.

So happy with The Summit of Winter Garden

We’re so glad that our mom moved into the Summit of Winter Garden. She was very nervous to leave her home but everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. She had been spending so much time by herself and was lonely. Now she has friends and is going to all different activities and on outings. She was even able to bring her dog with her. It’s great to see her so happy.

I toured this community and it is absolutely beautiful! It feels like a fancy hotel when you walk in. They have a bar and piano. Very clean and all of the staff was friendly. Initially, they told me they could handle all levels of care needs. They ended up telling us that my loved one needed a higher level of care than they could provide. However, for a more active and mobile resident, I would definitely recommend this place as an option. If my loved one was more mobile/active, she would have been here. I would liv…

First Rate, Compassionate Care

My Mother is in Serenades Memory Care, West Orange, and I couldn't be happier. The care she receives at Serenades far surpasses a previous facility that we had her in and I'm not paying near as much. I wish there was room here to name all the department managers and everyone on the staff that makes Serenades such a fantastic residence. The friendliness, professionalism, quality of care and compassion needed to assist memory care residents is visible everywhere you go in the faciity. And the small-community, homey …
