★★★★★
PositiveQuiet, clean and a professional on floor staff. Way to much paperwork but that is probably necessary.
★★★★★
CriticalThe public areas are dated. There is a faint odor. The art in the public places looked like it was bought at Hobby Lobby in the 1980s. There were no residents sitting in the public spaces. We saw two spacious apartments but they looked dated. The major reason we decided not to live there was that we would have to move to a different apartment if we needed assisted living.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff seemed amazing and were very interactive with the residents. Also had pleasant attitudes and smiles.
★★★★★
PositiveI met with [name removed], who kindly gave me a tour of one of the units and explained in detail about the services offered. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. We saw several residents as we walked the grounds, and the impression I had was that they were very happy there. We are definitely considering Coventry house as an option for our mother once she is released from rehab.
★★★★★
CriticalThe facility is fairly new. Lots of parking and an easy process to get in the door to see residents.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been great. They really care about him. Every time I bring up an issue about his care they immediately respond to it. The food is very good from what I've eaten. My dad seems to like it. My only issue is that I wish the staff would try to get him out of bed more the just when [name removed] comes to give him a shower three times a week. This is mostly because of my dad. I visited all the places that A Place for Mom recommended and Coventry was by far the best for memory care.
