We've had a very good experience with The Terraces so far; however, they have changed management recently and my mother said things are starting to change like the dining menu and the seating process, but it's too early to tell. It's a lovely place, I hope it stays that way.

The tour was a wonderful experience.[Name Removed] was very friendly and welcoming. She showed us both independent and assisted living and patiently answered all our questions. She was amazing. Very professional and helpful. The place was superb.

Our community resource person was [Name Removed]. My brother and I toured the facility on Saturday and I came back with my sister and mother the following Thursday. The place is very pleasant, and clean. Everyone greets you with a smile. The staff is very happy here. And they enjoy working here. The Terraces sounded great over the phone, but my reason for being ina CCRC is the medical services and exercises for my Parkinsons disease. All my other ailments are taken care by medicine alone. They do not take medicare there. The annual maintenance is higher than the [community removed]. So I would not financially do better in that operation.
