CriticalThe food was not good. They only had one nurse on hand who asked questions about my complaints and then wanted to send me to the ER. I recommend that they have a nurse practitioner who can be called to evaluate a patient and administer medication if needed. Spending hours in the ER and then being released is not helpful. The studio for Independent Living was very nice. The cliques of older people were not accepting of me as a friend so I was very lonely and eventually checked myself after 9 months.

PositiveThey all would get a 5. My aunt has since passed away. But the care and compassion she received at Rancho Solano was wonderful. I wish we had moved her there sooner. The staff were friendly, very attentive. We had private aides helping before her move to Rancho Solano. The staff at Rancho Solano took over and there were no issues. My daughter mentioned that upon entering you could just Feel the positive attitude inside.

PositiveMy experience, so far, has exceeded my expectations 1. Staff..warm, accommodating. efficient, timely..makes it easy to express your needs. 2. Nice variety to fit most taste. Haven't had a chance to do much yet, but will when I'm ready. 3. Food servings are Happy Meal sized. I continually reach dangerously low blood sugars just before dawn. When medical arrives, they grab juice fast and add sugar. I must plan how to adjust to a different food environment and stock my apartment to prevent a continuous crisis. The …

PositiveI only had good interactions with the staff, but it was my husband who contacted them and visited his brother. We would recommend to others.
★★★★★
PositiveI never saw the property. Don't know much about the place except for the website and the video tour. Wasn't too pleased at them not telling me I was being charged an additional month rent because a closet full of my aunts stuff was there after her passing and I couldn't get [name removed] maintenance person to dispose of it.
★★★★★
CriticalThe food is horrible. They are understaffed. Room size is good. My dad only went to one activity. He couldn't participate because you had to sign up a month in advance - so they wouldn't let him sing a song.
