PositiveI would highly recommend them. They had the cleanest facilities with the nicest staff. They were very good.

CriticalWe gave it 3 months. They are so understaffed someone needs to report them. The heater didn't work and it was during the 19* weather. My Mother was freezing for days..they replaced unit with another faulty one. The food was terrible. We were paying $[removed] a month The few people they have taking care of the residents all were wonderful, they are overwhelmed having to care for over 80 people between 2 people at night and maybe 3 on the day shift. My Mother slipped out of the bed one night, pushed her ER but…

PositiveBeautiful community with scenic views! Loved the staff and residents! I had the option to eat lunch here during my tour and the food was fantastic! I can't wait until my move in day! I am looking forward to meeting new faces.

PositiveWe thought that the staff and the residents were so welcoming and lovely and the place is always really clean. The CEO even helped us move in and get the television set up! The entire environment is super inclusive. It really felt like a community!
★★★★★
PositiveThe Villages of Windcrest is very good at activities for the residents. Their food is good. They lack a little in nursing care-especially on the weekends. The staff communication with the family is fair. There are three meals a day and the residents have some choices.
