PositiveGreat place for your loved one to reside
My father has been at this facility for 4 months. He did not need dementia care, but needed 24 hour care along with peg tube management/feedings etc. after a hip replacement. The attention he has received has been exceptional. The manager is outstanding and runs the place well. Most of the caregivers are sweet and helpful. The food/meals are not ideal all the time, for someone who is aware of what he is eating, like my father, but the rest of the occupants are not aware, so it seems adequate. We are leaving the pla…

The management team is very good. They have a few nurses that are amazing but then a few that really shouldn't be practicing nursing at all. I'm sure it is like that everywhere but when you experience for the 1st time it's very disappointing.

This is a good place to be . The staff are friendly and competent. There are a lot of covid restrictions so there are a lot of things that they cant do at this time. They have activities like work outs, games, happy hour, trips, and more for the residents to do to have a great time. The food is okay its not gourmet but it is nutritious and good for the residents.

Autumn Grove has been a huge blessing for our family. The security of the facility is great and it was architecturally built in a square so that no one can get lost, which is great for Alzheimer's. The staff here seems very dedicated to their residents and take great care of her. It is a smaller community so the 1 on 1 care is better and they are very responsive to our needs.
