THE VILLAS OF SCR AT THE WOODLANDS

Very Pleased

SCR is a great place for your loved because of their friendliness, dedication to the residents and great staffing. However, it seems that improvement with feeding techniques for the residents could be improved upon, including meal supplements.

I would recommend the facility.

What we like the most about the community is that everyone was very kind. Stacey was on top of everything and knew what was going on in the facility. I would recommend the facility.

Very good experience

My husband is a resident. The staff is wonderful ; both loving and caring. The facility seems quite clean with no unpleasant odors . The back yard is a positive feature as residents can sit outside alone or with family. My only criticism is the meals. Residents without teeth or limited ability to chew are given meals that they cannot eat. Chopping or puréeing food should be available to them but is not. Excellent Care

I am very happy with this community. They are clean and there is no smell whenever I go in there. They keep my loved one clean and they keep him very happy there. The staff are very friendly and helpful with questions and respond right away. When I cant get there to see my loved one they even send me pictures.

I toured this facility November 23rd, I'm looking for a facility for my mother she's been diagnosed with dementia I feel in love with Autumn Grove it was clean, the residents was up and being active, they had the music playing their caregivers where great it was so much love floating around that building. I give this place 5 stars, and I recommend it a 100 percent, the lady that toured me name with [Name removed] not sure of her last name but she's. fantastic

Above and beyond

My mother has been at this home for 10 months and the staff and care has been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond meeting the needs of my mother. My mother is very ambulatory with minimal health issues other than dementia. Many other residents have additional physically debilitating health issues, but I have observed over and over again the one on one attention that each resident receives.
