They're very kind it's very clean. The staff is very nice, but things are a little disorganized. Their refrigerators in the rooms have had many problems. They've had a bit of changing of staff and cooks. They just need a little bit more organization, but it's really much more affordable in some places And they really care. My friend is very happy there that I am her conservator. They also have great outings for the residence.

Super responsive staff: very clean and appealing facility, nice location. Farm to table food- great choices No comment on room "size" as I have nothing to compare to. But rooms seem well-appointed with built-in shelves and roomy bathroom

If medication management is important, please read

I have a relative that moved to assisted living at The Vincent. It is new and clean but the daily care has continued to decline. Most importantly, medication management or lack thereof, has gotten worse. I've lost count of the number of Executive Directors they have had over the last 3 years, at least 6 or 7. The last 4 have only stayed 2 months each. It is almost impossible to fix a broken institution with revolving management. They routinely miss doses of medication and don't tell patients or family that they di…

Memory Care community is very disappointing;

Staff lacked the experience and training to adequately care for residents with dementia. Sadly, the majority of the caregivers are apathetic and demonstrate a severe lack of compassion for the basic challenges that arise with memory care residents. The training required by the state does not compensate for experience and knowledge in how to redirect residents -- or how to calm residents when they are agitated or combative or aggressive or sundowning. This is compounded by the lack of continuity of senior management…

So far, [name removed] is happy

The staff is very kind. The place is very clean. We need to be there a bit longer to tell you about the activities. The food is pretty good. They just changed cook so we'll have to see they're getting a new director and we actually need to be there a little longer. [name removed] actually just moved in. They gave her two months free rent before she moved in and it's taking her a while to actually move there Will know more in about a month. We are hoping there isn't a lot of turnover of staff.

Nightmare of a place

Working on their director, in a year untrained taff, no supervison, just incredibly bad place. Should not be licensed for memory care. These folks are not capable of running an ice cream stand. Run from this place
