Our family's experience

What we like the most is the small environment of each cottage only 12 in a cottage. The residents get to know each other well and they feel comfortable there. The thing that needs the most work are the people they hire to care for our family members. The girl in cottage 1, who does not care about her job acts like she doesn't want to be there and is not attentive to the residents for the needs they have they have a big turnover so it's not just one person some are great they only have 1 person in the cottage durin…

The fact that they have an all male village that is limited to 12 patients and that my father in law can never be kicked out of their facility unless he becomes violent

The facility is clean and pleasant, both staff and residents are friendly, compassionate, and understanding. A great place to reside and still have joy.

Review for The Waterford at Creekside

My loved ones are doing okay there and they like their room. However, I have concerns about the level of assistance being provided and the consistency of housekeeping services. When we first spoke with the nurse, we were told that staff had ways to encourage participation in personal care. Based on my observations, I do not believe those efforts are being consistently carried out.

We toured Waterford at Creekside for my mom. We are very interested in this facility as it is cheerful, safe, clean, friendly! The tour guide was very helpful with letting us see the home mom in which mom would reside. He answered our questions and was knowledgeable about how to help mom get ready for the change. Thank you for all you have done to help us.
