The Wellington at Arapaho

The environment felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Staff were already familiar with what we were looking for when we walked in. Everything was explained clearly and up front. It never felt like a sales pitch and there was never any pressure.

The tour was conducted by someone who could not answer any of our questions and there were very few options on the menu for diabetics.

Hi Judy. Thank you for taking the time to tour our community and share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience did not fully meet expectations. During the holiday weekend, the manager on duty assisting with tours did not have the specific shower dimensions immediately available, but our Sales Director was contacted to help provide accurate information regarding the various floor plan options. We do offer several different layouts, including options with larger showers. We also offer a variety of healthy dining choices, including a salad bar, vegetables, and alternate menu selections to accommodate different dietary preferences and needs. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the experience for future residents and guests.

Great staff

The staff took wonderful care of my dad. Everyone knew his name, his likes, his dislikes, and they recognized when he needed extra care or help with things.

I would recommend The Wellington

What really stands out is the food. It used to be excellent—that’s what drew us in! The chef everyone loved, and especially loved for his food, left, and the next chef only lasted three weeks. Now there’s a new chef, but unfortunately, the food isn’t nearly as good as it was with the previous two. Oh well!

Thank you, Anonymous, for your kind review and for recommending our community, we truly appreciate your support. We would like to gently clarify that there may be some confusion with another location, as we have not had a chef with a three-week tenure. We take great pride in our dining program and remain committed to delivering an exceptional experience, always welcoming feedback as we continue to enhance our services. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
