The only area that still needs noticeable improvement is the food, and I hope that continues to get better as well. When my parents first moved in, we experienced several frustrations. Wellington cares about residents

Our recent experience with relocating my sister to Wellington was very positive. The management and staff have taken the time to get to know her needs, likes and dislikes, and activities she prefers. They treat her like family. Wellington is on my list of great assisted living locations.

We would go days without getting a phone call back after leaving a message with the staff. I complained a few times and finally we started getting answers to our concerns. Small things like broken exhaust fan in the bathroom took weeks to get addressed. They would tell us they would fix it immediately and then nothing. They didn't get the paint done unti
