The Wellington at North Bend Crossing

Here's a few overall comments. In terms of care for my parents, outstanding. They are treated extremely well, given lots of dignity and respect. I have zero complaints about the quality of exceptional care. In terms of things for improvement, it has been difficult to contact any other practitioners, whether it be the nurse, therapist, billing… Via email or phone messages. There was one case where I needed to speak to the nurse I left four messages, and zero return phone calls. They could improve this communication

Awful experience

Overall experience was awful., Not nearly enough, staff. My mother-in-law would ring the bell to go to the bathroom and numerous times by the time they got there, she had already gone in her pants. They had one nurse for three floors of residents Upper management was useless. We would have meetings and they would promise all these things and none of it would ever happen. We finally got them to put her in memory care where she needed to be from the beginning and died two weeks later after we moved her. She kept fa

We are early in our tours of facilities. Wellington is a very pleasant environment and the residents we saw in various areas of the facility seemed content.

Good tour; beautiful facility. Would not have the extra care our mom would need. The memory care would not be a good fit as our mom is not as independent as those living there. Was a little concerned by the lack of staff I saw as well.

Highly recommended!

Courteous and helpful staff. Great food. Facility is very clean. Apartment size is perfect for our needs. Cost is lower than other independent living facilities. Nothing bad to say.

They do not have enough help! One nurse for three floors and one aid for three floors. Please do not share this with Wellington that I said it. I don't want my mother-in-law to feel the effects.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and appreciate you taking the time to provide your perspective. Our nurse and caregiver-to-resident ratios are in line with industry standards, and we work hard to ensure each resident receives the care and attention they need. Occasionally, unexpected call-offs can temporarily impact staffing, but we do our best to adjust and maintain consistent support for all residents. We are committed to providing high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment, and we appreciate your trust in our team. If you ever have specific concerns, please know that our leadership team is always available to discuss them directly. Warm regards, The Wellington at North Bend Crossing
