The staff members are always willing to help answer questions and they all seem to smile all the time. The activities we've gone to have all been fun or helpful or interesting. The housekeeper does a good job of keeping both the common areas and individual apartments clean, with individual apartments being cleaned once a week and the common areas daily. We are enjoying being able to eat 3 meals a day anytime we from 7 to 7. The meals are varied with a different entree and dessert each day with Breakfast being serve…

PositiveAt this point I would say 5 on all points. She has only been there a short time but all has been good so far. Communication is really good, simply through text messaging. My loved one has good things to say about the staff. Its very clean which gives the facility a good look and smell. The food we have seen and tasted are good also.
