Mom is very happy with her choice

Mom is very happy with her choice. After many tours of other facilities, the moment she stepped through the doors of the Windham she said she had a good feeling and that has turned out to be true. Mom loves her apartment and has had wonderful interactions with residents and staff. She has had great meals and appreciates the housekeeping staff. She had wanted a 2 bedroom apartment and now that she has moved into the 1 bedroom she says she has enough space. She is just getting into some of the activities. Yesterday…

A Friendly Caring Choice

I would give them a 5. They did all we expected, our Mom just wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities they had to offer. We found all the staff members to be very friendly and they accommodated all our Mothers needs in a gentle and respectful manner. The facility is not new or decorated in the most current decor but it is extremely well maintained and we found the feel to be quite comfortable and appealing.

The facility is very clean and attractive. The rooms are nice and functional. Meal was also excellent and service as well. I am looking forward to living there if a desireable room becomes available.

The food could use some improvement, staff is friendly, price increases yearly are pretty steep and don't feel they are worth it for what is received. The facility could use updating, facility is surface clean but could use a deep clean. Apartment sizes are good but need updated.

Mom loves her new home!

Our experience at the Windham has been very good. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The food is very good with a nice selection of options. The rooms are starting to show their age a little but are kept very clean and well maintained. After having our Mom there for a month I can say that the family is very pleased and would highly recommend the facility.
