★★★★★
PositiveThe community made a strong first impression. The design is aesthetic, clean, and thoughtfully planned, creating a comfortable flow through shared spaces. During my tour, I noticed a lively social atmosphere with activities that appeal to different interests and abilities. Both clinical and non-clinical staff were visible and engaged, which added to the sense of support and attentiveness. Overall, it felt like a well-run, welcoming environment.
★★★★★
PositiveI am beyond thankful for the Windsor at Ortega for having a place for my mother. Everyone from the director to the nurses are there to help my Mom. I feel comfortable that we choose the right home for my Mother and that she is safe and taken care of! Special thanks to everyone from [Names Removed] and everyone at the facility for their amazing care of my Mom.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's a beautiful place, very comfortable living and friendly. Plenty of activities and physical therapy crew are great. The employees seem to know all of the patients in their area. Easy to talk too and the front desk personnel are very helpful. The negative...they didn't always call someone 'out of town' when there is an issue. There were several times my Aunt called and said she had fallen and called for help but no one came. That part of the system needs 'work'.
★★★★★
PositiveThe food is real good. There is a lot of variety in the activities. I recommend this place to those who have a very high standard.
★★★★★
PositiveWe moved my father in law to the Windsor at Ortega so he could be closer to family. We can't say enough about how much we love this place. Our experience has been amazing. The facility is pristine, the staff is so helpful and the food is lovely. I go and have dinner with him every other week or so and I love the food. He is really thriving there and we really love the facility.
★★★★★
PositiveI (and my mom) like the friendliness of the staff and how everyone knows her by name. They have an excellent PT staff and she really enjoys most of the art activities.
