Windsor Of Bradenton was an awesome place for my mom, she was only there three months before she passed. The director [Name Removed] was outstanding. I know[Name Removed] has left and no longer there. They were very nice and good to my mom. They provide provided services to my mom that she didn't want it but the team at Windsor knew that she needed. Used to be Great Not Anymore

We chose The Winsor after my mother came down sick and she could no longer live alone., because of the amazing people that worked there. No family lives close in FL but at the time she wanted to stay. At first it was good but in less then 10 months, there were 3 directors and the majority who cared so much gone. The staff, including the director were extremely attentive. They took great care of my mom even when she didn't wanna be taken care of. The facility was well maintained and very clean. I needed to find a place for my mom, I live more than 500 miles from Bradenton. For me Windsor was blessing. I never had to worry about her getting the attention that was needed. Finally a place that is like home

It's always clean, staff are friendly and helpful, the food is very good and they get a choice at each meal. It's small enough to get acquainted with people quickly. They have activities every day. The residents seem engaged and happy.

The head of nursing is extremely difficult to work with. She made up her mind early that my friend was not going to work there. We had to bring him there for a full day to see how he would do. I knew he would love it and he did. She was sure he would try to leave. She then made us have him evaluated by a behavioral psychologist and when she said it was the best place for him she allowed him to come but made it clear she was not happy. Elderly care is sadly lacking EVERYWHERE

It broke my heart to see my mom, not getting the care that she was getting at home. It was too much for us and apparently too much for them also. Sadly, she passed after four months there. The owners of this company need to have better staffing, ratios, and people to answer the phone at night
