★★★★★
PositiveThis facility is very comfortable and clean. [name removed](advisor) was extremely helpful with answering questions and providing information. Overall, when it comes time to admit my grandmother to an assisted living/memory care facility, this will be the place we take her.

Positive[name removed] was my tour guide, did an excellent job. She welcomed me warmly. She took her time and listened to me, looking me in the eye. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with my visit. The facility is spotless and everything was in place. I loved the various activity rooms available for the residents. Even a movie theater!! Indeed a wonderful place for Mom!!!!

PositiveThe Windsor has a comfortable setting. I felt like I was walking into a community not a facility. Large enough to feel open with lots of options. Staff was very welcoming. The food smelled delicious. Room layout was not cramped. I would recommend them.

There hasn't been an in house salon person for two months. Some of the aids are great, others not so much. The good ones don't seem to stay. Response time has been okay but at times my mother has waited over an hour for someone to come. She wears compression socks and needs them on before breakfast, she missed br…
