PositiveThe Windsor has a comfortable setting. I felt like I was walking into a community not a facility. Large enough to feel open with lots of options. Staff was very welcoming. The food smelled delicious. Room layout was not cramped. I would recommend them.

That possibly was never presented to me. For complete FULL care level 5 it's [Amount Removed]. There secret level 6 was never talked about. It was WAY disproportiona…

PositiveSome things are disappointing and others are great. Immediately we discovered that the length of time for the meals was shorter than their brochures and even shorter than what was posted in the hall. Hmmm. There hasn't been an in house salon person for two months. Some of the aids are great, others not so much. The good ones don't seem to stay. Response time has been okay but at times my mother has waited over an hour for someone to come. She wears compression socks and needs them on before breakfast, she missed br…
