We love The Windsor. They have been extraordinary with my dad (although he is miserable-- having nothing to do with them). The are extremely attentive and are taking very good care of him. He's not always easy, and they are very patient and understanding with him. He actually raves about the staff and the care that he's getting and has said on numerous occasions that the staff couldn't be any nicer or more accommodating. A Place that Truly Cares

Many of the staff went out of their way to help mom ( who had dementia) feel safe and happy. [name removed] especially was loved by mom and she treated her with amazing respect and helpfulness.

The tour was extremely well done and our question were answered well. We decided to go with another facility for a couple reasons. First, the cost was about [removed]k more per month. Second the room designs were nicer at the other facility

Needing a residence for our aging parents that would accommodate my Dads medical needs while providing my mother with the needed independence and relief from being the medical caregiver was key. New to the concept of assisted living we were quickly put at ease when meeting the caring, knowledgeable staff at The Windsor. Our questions were answered with great detail and the facility provided what was needed for each parent and would enable them to have greater joy in their daily life. She never wanted to be there but it was the best place for her.

Staff has a desire to see the residents enjoy their stay at the Windsor. When there are concerns, it's important to raise them to the staff. They are so good about responding. Our situation was a hard one. My mom was advancing so quickly in her dementia that it was nearly impossible for the staff to keep her safe and secure in her room, but they worked with her and did the best they could. The facility was well maintained and the staff was quick to respond to situations where there were facility issues in the room.

The windsor of palm coast has an inviting atmosphere with the individual apartments. They have good food. Windsor made the transition much easier.
