★★★★★
PositiveWoodlake has an amazing chef that likes to cook good food (not heavily processed foods), staff is always friendly and helpful, and there's lots of activities including outings to choose from. One of the outings was a day trip to San Francisco. My aunt had a blast with her new social group. The establishment is also very clean and my aunt refers to it as a 5 Star Hotel
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is caring and attentive. There are a good number of activities to keep residents busy and the dining experience has improved significantly with the addition of a new chef.

PositiveIt was a very nice place, just too expensive for my dads budget and they won’t administer insulin which my dad would need. The memory care side smelled like pee.

PositiveMinor misinformation and miscommunication, but since we are new to the overall experience, it was to be expected. Nothing that resembled red flags. Staff are friendly and respectful. Room cleaning schedule weekly. Staff cater to the residents' every need. There's nightly community movies, daily happy hours, field trips to stores and adventure outings (example: old sac, thrift stores), at least 2 event activities every day (game rooms, arts and crafts, music, cooking demos, church services), and everything is 100% v…

PositiveMy husband and I moved into a 2-bedroom apartment at The Woodlake five months ago. We are quite comfortable with our living arrangements in this apartment. Also we are enjoying the companionship of our fellow residents. There are a variety of activities to participate in and we like some them. As for the food, we sometimes don't like the daily specials, but there are alternatives to order from and they are fine. We are in independent living, so we do not have the services of care takers. Overall we are pleased that…

PositiveThe staff are very friendly and the community has a "resort" feel. My mom was hesitant about moving into assisted living and the entire staff have made her feel at home and always check on her and make sure she knows about upcoming activities and provide a calendar and menu daily. She loves "happy hour" every Thursday and her sewing club that meets on Fridays. She has started referring to it as home and not just The Woodlake
