Food is very lacking. Looks like we feed more of the staff than people. They limit on what they can have. Quality of care is very lacking. I handed them meds for my father and it took them 3 days to give it to him

CriticalLots of talk
We were told they offered so many things. One was rides to appointments, which we found out was not true at all. Nurse on staff, hmm no most of the time not at all. I had my father fall and pull the emergency cord and after an hour he managed to get to his cell phone and dial 911!! I don’t recommend this place

Mom is very happy here, it is a smaller facility with a very homey setting. [name removed] the marketing lady is awesome, we are there because of her. she gave us great feedback in the beginning and answered all questions we had. [name removed] the nurse my mom absolutely loves and she is also very happy with the meals as well. There is a really good mix of men and women who live here which is what she was looking for. I don't have to worry about mom anymore and have great peace of mind with her being here. Overall…
