★★★★★
PositiveRoom sizes are generous in a 2 bedroom. Care overnight has been somewhat of an issue. The activities are enjoyable for my mother-in-law. Staff is responsive when needs are expressed. The price is significant.

Critical-5. Could not be worse. Moved in to a very HOT apartment. No AC. Can't properly clean clothes. Washer does not work right. No cold water. It stinks. Dryer is NOT vented outside. It stinks. Can't sleep. LOUD Noise from a machine somewhere above. Starts around midnight. Keeps running till about 3 am. $400 in rent is wasted on a food allowance I DON'T need. Very few activities for me. No one plays cards. Maintenance is very slow. Takes at least 1 week to respond to a request. Management is very ineffective.

PositiveWould definitely recommend! Incredibly caring and competent staff, a homey and newly-renovated built environment, and excellent communication regarding my father's care.

CriticalMy apartment looks onto a green belt within a little stream running through it and beautiful trees. This view is very relaxing. I can sit on my patio and enjoy the deer's, squirrels, and the beautiful birds. It has a library with a good number of books, all supplied by residence. You can sit in a chair by the fireplace and read a good book. The events vary from trips to the farmers market or local grocery store. Pleasant afternoon trips to explore the general area. There are baking classes., art classes, book clu…

PositiveI would rate all 1-8 a 5. [name removed] was reluctant at first and now really appreciates all they have to offer. Highly recommend.
